Driving Community Change isn’t simple and it doesn’t happen immediately, but with passion, commitment and a kind heart, working to create change for the better can heal communities, build bridges and fuel long-term growth.

  1. Identify the problem(s) that you care about
  2. Brainstorm possible solutions
  3. Determine how your strengths can affect the problem
  4. Collaborate with others to solve the problem
  5. Just try something
  6. Keep the problem at the center

It isn’t about finding the perfect solution, but it is about taking steps in the right direction. In all the decisions that you make, stay authentic to yourself and remember the purpose and community that you are working hard to serve.
