On April 13, 2022 Headwaters hosted our second installment of a new series called Tributary Talks. These conversations are hosted by Headwaters President Maria De La Cruz, who invites friends and colleagues into a virtual space to publicly share stories and insights about a particular topic. The three influential guest speakers who joined us--Hali Lee, Nneka Onwuzurike, and Elizabeth Scott--shared personal and professional learnings about class and wealth privilege, the power of relationships, and how a donor’s shift of perspective and approach can shift philanthropy for the better.
