On 28 April 2021, NPC held an event on how philanthropists approached the unprecedented events of 2020 in the US and the UK. We were joined by Katherine Lorenz, a philanthropist and influencer based in the US, and Neil Heslop, CEO of the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). You can watch the full recording below. This was the first in a series of virtual events where we will be sharing experiences from both the US and the UK, and discussing what lessons can be learnt from differing approaches in these two countries. The second event in this series will focus on US and UK approaches to transparency in philanthropy.
