Recently Fund the People’s Rusty Stahl had the opportunity to be in dialogue about “talent justice” with Dr. Judy Lubin, head of the Center for Urban and Racial Equity (and lead researcher on our Talent Justice Initiative), and nonprofit leader and consultant Shari Dunn.
In the session, convened by the dynamos over at Possibility Project, we discussed the inequities in nonprofit compensation, benefits, and workplaces. We shared what dysfunctions in the nonprofit sector need to go, and what is giving us hope. Rusty shared some of the key fundings from the Talent Justice study, and Dr. Lubin shared how these have been playing out recently in the clients she works with through her consulting.
