Desh Deshpande believes philanthropy is well positioned to make longer term investments that help nonprofits prove their results. After that, he thinks the government should step in and help scale the most effective programs.

All the Philanthropic dollars should be not done with something small...but with the intention of having those experiments duplicated...it should go with improving concepts.
