I mentioned before Millennials are good at turning things into a trend. This happens most notably when a large single event happens. If there is a large hurricane or earthquake, we jump at the cause to donate and help, but when it comes to on going large scale problems, we tend to ignore it. We tend to ignore large-scale ongoing events and go into a frenzy over trending singular events.
