Food insecurity is #Solvable. Khalid Bomba explains how we can better bring together parts of the supply chain to equip subsistence farmers to participate in a global economy, allowing them to feed themselves while also providing what global consumers are demanding.
Khalid Bomba is the CEO of the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency (ATA), an initiative of the Government of Ethiopia working to promote agriculture sector transformation in Ethiopia by identifying solutions to systemic bottlenecks in key program areas. Prior to joining the ATA, Bomba was a Senior Program Officer within the Agriculture Development Program at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
