#BalanceForBetter: Women’s Day Panel

The Riveter and United Way

About

Celebrate International Women’s Day with United Way and The Riveter! Save the date for our third-annual Emerging Leaders’ Women’s Day Panel, on the theme of #BalanceForBetter. Join other young professionals at The Riveter Cap Hill to celebrate Seattle’s female change-makers in male-dominated industries.

We’ll sit down with women kicking butt in their fields to discuss issues facing women in the workplace, career reflection and community leadership. You’ll hear from Ambika Singh, one of Puget Sound Business Journal’s “40 under 40” and CEO/founder of Armoire, Kimberly Harris, President and CEO of Puget Sound Energy, and Pallavi Mehta Wahi, Managing Partner at K&L Gates and one of Puget Sound Business Journal’s 2018 Women of Influence. Heather Lowenthal, United Way Campaign Chair and Producer/Director at Parallel Productions, will join as moderator.

You’ll have a chance to network with other young professionals before the panel, and time for Q+A with the panelists. Light food and drink provided. Don’t miss out–get your tickets today!

All ticket and event proceeds help United Way fight poverty for women and families in King County. Speaker Series are always free for Emerging Leader 365 members – learn more about these philanthropists making an impact year-round.
