Becoming a Champion for Change

In consultation with partners and staff from across the network, SVPI is producing a curriculum that will enhance partners’ skills and abilities to contribute resources to their communities. Designed by Endurance Learning, the courses incorporate best practices in adult learning. They are delivered in 2-hour workshops that include reflection, conversation, and simulation. Three courses in the curriculum have been produced to-date, focused on SVP’s guiding principles, the inner-workings of a nonprofit, and building relationships in the social sector.

Now we’re ready to pilot the fourth course, “Becoming a Champion for Change”, and we’d love to get your feedback! You and your fellow partners are invited to join us and let us know what you think. Open to SVP veterans and newbies alike, this highly-interactive experience will allow you to brush up on some fundamentals and learn something new while providing invaluable input to the design team.
