If the new normal for the next several months is virtual meetings, how can we do them really well? We’ll also spend time distinguishing between best practice for virtual meetings and what might be called for in these times of disruption and social distancing.
Join us for a virtual meeting on virtual meetings. We’ll walk through ideas and practical tips to help you make the most of these opportunities, including clarifying your intention, beginning and finishing well, maximizing participation, making technology your friend, and things you can do to make virtual just as good as in-person — or maybe even better. Come prepared to ask questions, share experiences, and have fun.
This program is hosted by The Giving Practice, a national consultancy of Philanthropy Northwest for foundations and philanthropy-serving organizations. We use a rigorous, generative and joyful process to help our clients find solutions that last. Much of our work is done through virtual meetings, and we’ve learned a lot about how to make them work.
