New York City’s new Pay Transparency Law is encouraging many organizations to take a closer look at whether their salaries are aligned with their values, and if not, whether race might be playing a role. This is a critical part of an overall antiracist journey.
But where do you start? How do you know if your salaries are racially equitable? What exactly is racial pay equity analysis and how does it differ from benchmarking? What is the outcome and how do you take action?
Join us for an interactive workshop that will demystify this process and offer concrete steps you can take to prepare for and run a pay equity analysis of your own, with or without help, no matter your size.
All interested funders, especially members who have responsibility for foundation administration, including human resources, finance, operations, and legal. What to expect: workshop
