Now in its 16th year, this annual report produced by the Boston Foundation has provided critical research and analysis that informs policy makers, advocates, and the development community on the trends and challenges facing our region's housing crisis, which disproportionately destabilized low-income families.

The 2019 Greater Boston Housing Report Card analyzes the relationship of housing production to residential racial segregation, and assesses how presumed best practices at the municipal level may impact the volume and nature of housing production.
