National and state relief plans do not include undocumented people in their plans for support. Help us provide essential aid to people impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, who live, work, or have recently lost work in San Francisco.
We have created UndocuFund SF to serve our community as the COVID-19 pandemic intensifies. Many of our undocumented community members work in temporary or low-wage jobs, without access to sick leave, unemployment or the ability to work remotely. Immigrants, many of them undocumented, do essential work that sustains us all.
UndocuFund San Francisco was founded in March 2020, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was launched by a coalition of immigrant worker and community organizations to provide direct assistance to undocumented workers and families impacted by the public health emergency and the shelter-in-place order. The fund seeks to support undocumented children, families, and communities affected by the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic who live, work or recently lost work in San Francisco City and County due to COVID-19.
